Practice Areas: Real Estate, Land Use & Government Law, Eminent Domain

Land really means something to Logan Opsahl, both professionally and personally.  Born and raised in Orlando, a third generation Floridian, Logan grew up fishing, boating, surfing, and hiking every part of the state.  This love of the great outdoors is a contributing factor when it comes to his passion for real estate. Large or small commercial transactions, Logan enjoys the work of unraveling complex situations to obtain the best possible results for his clients.  His practice includes real estate, land use, eminent domain and local government matters.

In addition to receiving his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Logan also earned a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law.  During law school he was Vice-President of the Florida Moot Court Team, Vice-President of Community Service of the John Marshall Bar Association and a member of Florida Blue Key.  He also clerked for Justice Ricky Polston of the Supreme Court of Florida and worked in the General Counsel’s Office to Florida’s Chief Financial Officer.  Logan holds a B.S. in both Economics and Political Science from Florida State University.

Admitted to practice law by The Florida Bar, Logan serves on the Eminent Domain and Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy committee. In addition, he is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, where he is active with the Young Lawyers Division and the Real Property Committee.  He is a graduate of Leadership Orlando, a volunteer with United Against Poverty and serves on the Board of Trustees of The Christ School.

In his spare time Logan can be found outdoors enjoying a wide range of activities and sports in the Great State of Florida.
