John is an experienced litigator practicing in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, fiduciary litigation, labor and employment, and construction law. He has handled a variety of complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including alleged civil rights violations arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

John earned both is his J.D. and B.S. degrees from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Tallahassee Bar Association.
