Corporate Associate

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has immediate need in our Orlando office to join our corporate law and mergers and acquisitions team as associate, of counsel or partner. A book of business is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have 5 years of strong corporate and/or M&A experience, comfortable leading projects and transactions, and strong management skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and drafting skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player and have ability to multi-task.

Estate Planning Associate

Job Description

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm has immediate need in our Orlando office for an estate planning attorney with 4 to 7 years’ experience in our High Net Worth Planning group. The candidate must have an LL.M. in Tax, strong experience in drafting estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable planning, and tax mitigation strategies.  Must be comfortable working closely with clients while providing excellent communication and strategies to address client goals. After an initial onboarding period a hybrid working arrangement is possible.
