Corporate Associate

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has immediate need in our Orlando office to join our corporate law and mergers and acquisitions team as associate, of counsel or partner. A book of business is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have 5 years of strong corporate and/or M&A experience, comfortable leading projects and transactions, and strong management skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and drafting skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player and have ability to multi-task.

Litigation Senior Associate

The successful candidate will have 8-15 years strong experience in fiduciary litigation or commercial litigation. Must have 1st Chair trial experience. Must have excellent attention to detail, be a team player and have strong ability to multi-task.
