Real Estate Paralegal
Full-service business, AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need in our Orlando office for a Paralegal in our Real Estate section. The successful candidate will be a team player, assisting attorneys with a wide range of real estate transactions. Duties will include, but not be limited to preparing real estate documents and contracts, liaising with title companies and clients for closings, assessing and preparing contracts, lease agreements and closing documents, and ordering and processing title insurance commitments and policies. This position requires proficiency in data management software, the ability to maintain a professional demeanor with frequent interaction with clients, excellent written and verbal skills, and a strong multitasking ability to support multiple attorneys. Prior experience is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services in the real estate department, under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.

Litigation Paralegal
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Responsibilities
Legal fact and basic legal research
Assist with case management
Organize and electronically file pleadings
Coordinate and schedule calendars
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Commercial, Complex Litigation
Fiduciary Litigation experience a plus
Self-Starter
Ability to work overtime
