Estate Planning Paralegal

Job description

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm has immediate need in our Orlando office for an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal. Successful candidate must have strong estate planning and guardianship experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a full service estate planning paralegal. If you do not have the required experience, please do not apply - you will not be considered. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of the estate planning team. FRP is a plus.

Probate Paralegal

Job Description

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need for a Probate Paralegal in our Orlando office.

Overview: As a Probate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role on our probate team by working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of probate estates. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of probate procedures, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal.

  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
