Adam Wicker brings extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation, including matters involving complex business, fiduciary, labor and employment, and securities issues. Adam's practice includes managing complex litigation for clients in state and federal courts. He has experience with a wide range of claims including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and contract interpretation, consumer protection claims, undue influence, fraud, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence. He has also successfully secured dismissals in federal environmental law cases and negotiated favorable resolutions in intricate commercial disputes.

Adam is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
