Real estate attorney, Benjamin DeStefano practices in production homebuilding and development, land use and construction law. He brings experience from a large international law firm where he concentrated in the areas of real estate development, landlord/tenant leasing and representing both buyers and sellers in complex real estate transactions.
He holds his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a Jeffrey A. Stoops Scholar, served as staff editor of the Florida State University Law Review and clerked for Justice Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida and serves as a member of the UCF Young Alumni Council. He is admitted to The Florida Bar.
