Jeremy grew up in New York, but family vacations to the Sunshine State drew him back to attend law school where he always planned to raise his family. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking and paddleboarding with his wife, bowling in leagues and tournaments across the state, and traveling for his stepson’s soccer games.”Jeremy is experienced in all areas of real estate law, with particular emphasis on closing purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing. He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including the preparation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, survey and title review, curative title work, and the preparation of closing, title, and various other documents integral to closing real estate transactions. In addition, Jeremy regularly assists clients with commercial lease work and provides legal guidance to landlords and tenants across a wide range of property types and commercial uses to prepare and negotiate lease agreements specifically tailored to their leasing needs.
He earned his J.D. degree, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He holds a B.A. degree, from the University of Albany.
