Jeremy is experienced in all areas of real estate law, with particular emphasis on closing purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing. He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including the preparation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, survey and title review, curative title work, and the preparation of closing, title, and various other documents integral to closing real estate transactions. In addition, Jeremy regularly assists clients with commercial lease work and provides legal guidance to landlords and tenants across a wide range of property types and commercial uses to prepare and negotiate lease agreements specifically tailored to their leasing needs.

He earned his J.D. degree, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He holds a B.A. degree, from the University of Albany.

Background

Jeremy grew up in New York, but family vacations to the Sunshine State drew him back to attend law school and he decided to stay. In his spare time, he enjoys throwing a Frisbee for his dog, bowling in leagues and tournaments, and attending local sporting events.
