Keani Knight-Walker brings a strategic and analytical approach to ShuffieldLowman’s litigation department. Keani represents both businesses and individuals in complex civil and commercial litigation, probate litigation, and trust litigation matters with a focus on delivering effective solutions to her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Keani practiced business litigation at several local firms, where she managed cases from inception through resolution, negotiated settlements, and assisted with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness examinations. The matters she handled included contract disputes, shareholder and real property issues, trade secret theft, restrictive covenants, and insurance-related claims. She has successfully obtained favorable outcomes for clients, including securing more than $1 million in final judgments for creditors.
Keani earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received the Fredric G. Levin Ethos of Excellence Governor’s Award. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of The Florida Journal of Technology Law & Policy and earned a certificate in Intellectual Property Law. She received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
Background
Outside of her legal practice, Keani is an avid reader and participates in book clubs. She enjoys singing at her local church, learning new musical instruments, and exploring unique coffee shops throughout Central Florida with her husband.
