Bankruptcy attorney Lane Roesch brings a deep understanding of complex restructuring and chapter 11 proceedings and has appeared on behalf of her clients at hearings in connection with first-day motions, financing and cash collateral motions, disclosure statements and plans of reorganization. She has extensive experience representing debtors-in-possession, creditors’ committees, equity security holders, indenture trustees and institutional lenders. Industry-specific representation includes suppliers in the automotive industry, telecommunications, home builders and commercial real estate and equipment lessors. Lane also has experience in fiduciary litigation focusing on probate, trust, and guardianship issues.
