Lynn B. Aust Moot is an attorney with tremendous depth of knowledge and experience in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, and probate, having served generations of clients in Central Florida as the owner of her own law firm for more than 20 years. In addition, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and a highly sought speaker on estate planning, trust, and probate issues.
Lynn holds her B.A. from the University of Florida and her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and the Orange County Bar Association, where she mentors new attorneys.
She is very involved in the community, volunteering with the Legal Aid Tax Clinic and participating in service projects such as Wills for Heroes. In addition, she is a member of the West Orange Women’s Service Club and is a volunteer/speaker for Nathaniel’s Hope, a non-profit organization devoted to helping kids with special needs and their families.
Background
Lynn enjoys every moment with her husband, four amazing kids and three fun grandchildren. She is a licensed private pilot, SCUBA diver, gardener, and an active member of the church choir at Belle Isle Community Church. She comes from a long line of accomplished female role models, all the women in her family are either doctors or lawyers.
