Attorney Matt Digney is a corporate and transactional attorney who focuses his practice on a variety of corporate matters including business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting. Prior to joining Shuffield Lowman, Matt earned his Law Degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where he majored in Economics.
