Rebekah Davis is dedicated to guiding clients and their families through the complexities of probate and trust administration. She focuses on providing clear, consistent communication and works diligently to help each client reach their goals with confidence and peace of mind.
Before joining ShuffieldLowman, Rebekah practiced at a law firm concentrating on elder law and guardianship matters. There, she developed a strong foundation in navigating the court system and learned the nuanced requirements of various types of cases—experience she continues to draw on today.
Rebekah earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as Associate Justice of External Competitions for the Moot Court Bar. In this role, she sharpened her advocacy skills by crafting persuasive oral arguments and competing against law students from across the country. She completed her undergraduate studies at Winthrop University, graduating cum laude with a B.A.
Beyond her legal practice, Rebekah is deeply committed to community service. She has long supported the Special Olympics and previously served on the Organizing Committee for the South Carolina program.
