Sandra Ferrin represents businesses, business owners, and individuals in complex commercial and civil disputes. Her practice focuses on shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty matters, business torts, and corporate governance disputes.

Sandra handles matters in state and federal courts through all stages of litigation. She approaches each dispute with a clear understanding of the client’s objectives and counsels clients candidly about the legal and business risks and potential outcomes. Sandra develops strategies with those considerations in mind, focusing on the issues that matter most and determining the best path toward the client’s ultimate objective—whether through negotiated resolution or litigation. Before entering private practice, Sandra served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank A. Shepherd of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.

Sandra earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the National Security & Armed Conflict Law Review.

Sandra is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is also fluent in Spanish.
