
Tiffany Trevino is a dedicated advocate for her clients, focusing her practice on commercial and fiduciary litigation, including matters involving guardianship, probate, trusts, and victims’ rights advocacy. With a strong background in trial litigation, Tiffany brings invaluable experience from her time as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she managed a caseload of over 300 cases at all stages of litigation, including hearings and trials.
She has served as lead counsel in complex trials, including cases involving crimes punishable by life in prison. She has extensive experience coordinating with law enforcement, expert witnesses, and other key stakeholders to build strong legal strategies. While at the State Attorney’s Office, she was a member of the Felony Domestic Violence Specialized Unit and contributed to high-profile homicide trials.
Tiffany earned her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida.
Committed to serving her community, Tiffany is actively involved in the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers and volunteers with Harbor House of Central Florida, supporting survivors of domestic violence.
