Attorney John G. DeLancett Joins ShuffieldLowman

Please join the firm in welcoming veteran Central Florida attorney John G. DeLancett to the firm as a member of the tax section, providing emphasis in tax disputes, civil and criminal tax matters and litigation. Of-counsel with the firm, John will provide senior-level client representation and serve as a mentor to firm associates in all areas of tax controversy. John, a member of the Florida Bar for 43 years, brings a long history of professional accomplishments, including numerous leadership roles in professional and civic groups throughout his entire career. In addition, he has served as a United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps., (Captain, Jag) as trial counsel for the Department of Professional Regulation, and has served as an adjunct instructor in Legal Writing at the University of Florida and in the Legal Studies Program at the University of Central Florida. He is a frequent speaker and author on a multitude of legal topics.
