Attorney Nicholas B. Vargo Joins ShuffieldLowman

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – ShuffieldLowman law firm recently announced that attorney Nicholas B. “Nick” Vargo has joined the firm’s Orlando office, practicing in the areas of corporate and tax law, mergers and acquisitions and securities.

Vargo’s tax experience includes advising on complex corporate, partnership, international, estate, gift and trust tax issues.  While a student in the Gainesville area, he worked with several area law firms and served as a judicial law clerk for the 8th Circuit Family Court.

He holds his J.D., cum laude, and his LL.M., Master of Laws in Taxation, from the University of Florida Levin College of law.  In addition, he holds an M.A., magna cum laude, and a B.A. from the University of South Florida.  He is admitted to The Florida Bar.

Active in several charitable organizations, Vargo has served as a guardian ad litem and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers/Big Sister Mid-Florida, Bread of the Mighty, Gainesville Harvest and helped organize an Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy fundraising walk.
