Attorney Paul T. Hinckley Joins ShuffieldLowman
Orlando, FL -- ShuffieldLowman recently announced that attorney Paul T. Hinckley has joined the firm’s Orlando office. His practice includes association law and civil and commercial litigation.
Hinckley brings 13 years of experience in real property, community association, and landlord/tenant law, as the former head of the collection department at a community association law firm. Hinckley’s legal career also includes time spent as a solo practitioner honing and refining his skills in community association and real estate law. Specifically, he helped draft, interpret, preserve, and enforce restrictive covenants and, when necessary, worked with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) on litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
Hinckley received his J.D. from Florida A&M University School of Law and his B.A. from Florida State University. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
