ShuffieldLowman Partners Bill Lowman, Heidi Isenhart and Greg Meier Named 2014 Legal Elite

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – William R. Lowman, Jr., Heidi W. Isenhart, and Gregory W. Meier, all partners with the law firm of ShuffieldLowman, were recently selected as 2014 Legal Elite attorneys by Florida Trend magazine.

The “Legal Elite” designation represents the top 2% of Florida Bar’s more than 67,000 members who practice in the state.

Florida Trend magazine collects ballots from Florida Bar members, asking lawyers to name attorneys whom they hold in the highest regard and would recommend to others. The results of the annual survey were just released this week in Florida Trend’s July issue.

Lowman practices in the areas of corporate, business taxation, estate and charitable planning, business succession planning and tax law. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Junior Achievement of Central Florida Foundation, Inc. and numerous other professional, charitable and civic boards. Lowman is a graduate of the University of Miami with a B.B.A. and a J.D., with honors. He also holds an advanced law degree in taxation, LL.M., from the University of Florida.

Isenhart practices in elder law, Medicaid planning, guardianship, probate and trust administration, probate and guardianship litigation, estate planning and special-needs trusts. Her past honors include recognition as a Five Star Wealth Manager by Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine, voted as Florida Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine for eight (8) consecutive years; and, Best of the Bar by Orlando Business Journal. She has also been recognized for her outstanding level of pro bono work by the Florida Supreme Court, The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division and the Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association. Isenhart is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. and Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, Virginia with her J.D.

Meier practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, corporate law, partnerships and taxation. He is a member of numerous professional, charitable and civic organization, including the Valencia College Peace and Justice Initiative Board or Directors. He is a graduate of Florida State University, cum laude, with a B.S., Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, with a J.D. and he holds an advanced law degree in taxation, LL.M., from the University of Florida.
