ShuffieldLowman Welcomes Attorney Matthew “Matt” Digney to the Firm’s Corporate Team

Orlando, Fla. – ShuffieldLowman is pleased to announce that Matthew “Matt” Digney has joined the firm as an associate, focusing his practice on corporate and transactional law.

Digney focuses his practice on a variety of corporate matters including business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting. He is committed to helping businesses protect their interests, seize opportunities for growth, and plan for the future through thoughtful legal counsel and responsive client service.

Digney earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He received his B.S., with honors, from Florida State University.
