Orlando, Fla. – ShuffieldLowman is pleased to announce that Shawn R.H. Smith has joined the firm as an associate, focusing his practice on guardianship, Medicaid planning, and special-needs trusts.

Before joining the firm, Smith focused on the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.

Smith earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Oakwood University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and in federal court before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
