Stephanie L. Cook Named Co-Chair of The OCBA’s Estate, Guardianship & Trust Section

Orlando, Florida – Stephanie L. Cook, a partner at the law firm of ShuffieldLowman, was recently named Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Estate, Guardianship & Trust Section.

Cook is a litigation attorney practicing in the area of fiduciary litigation, with extensive experience in trust, probate and guardianship litigation. She is active in the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Section and serves on several committees that focus on new developments in probate, trust and guardianship law.

Cook grew up in Winter Park and has deep roots in the central Florida community. She graduated from Mississippi College with a B.A. in Public Relations and Barry University School of Law, summa cum laude and valedictorian, with her J.D.
