Orlando, Florida – ShuffieldLowman recently provided legal counsel to Hadley & Lyden, Inc. of Winter Park, FL, when they were acquired by World Insurance Associates LLC, a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage.

Hadley & Lyden has specialized in transportation insurance since 1950, serving the unique insurance needs of truckers and truck brokers.

No other advisors, diligence firms, or legal counsel were disclosed.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
