Orlando, Florida – ShuffieldLowman recently provided legal counsel to Hadley & Lyden, Inc. of Winter Park, FL, when they were acquired by World Insurance Associates LLC, a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage.

Hadley & Lyden has specialized in transportation insurance since 1950, serving the unique insurance needs of truckers and truck brokers.

ShuffieldLowman provided legal counsel, and Dowling Hales advised Hadley & Lyden on the transaction. No other advisors, diligence firms, or legal counsel were disclosed.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
