The LCA is a peer-selected, and diverse honor society of 3,500 trial lawyers, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. McDonald practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, construction law, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, fiduciary litigation, labor and employment and securities law.
