Attorney Stephen McDonald Named a Fellow of The Litigation Counsel of America

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – ShuffieldLowman recently announced that firm partner J. Stephen McDonald has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is a peer-selected, and diverse honor society of 3,500 trial lawyers, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are vigorously vetted for skills, expertise, and service before being invited to join the collegial network of lawyers who represent clients across North America and around the world.

McDonald practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, construction law, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, fiduciary litigation, labor and employment and securities law.

He holds the AV Preeminent designation from Martindale-Hubbell and is the recipient of numerous awards, including being named a Corporate Counsel Top Appellate Lawyer, a Best Lawyer in America, a Top Lawyer in Orlando and as a member of Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend. In addition to being a member of The Florida Bar, he is a member of the Orange and Lake County Bar Associations.
