Raymond (Ray) M. Donadio, Jr. has practiced law since 1980, helping thousands of clients over the years. Throughout his career, he has worked in the areas of wills, trusts, and estate planning, including planning for non-traditional couples and families; estate administration (probate) and trust administration; formation of corporations, LLCs and other entities, including a “corporate maintenance program”, and transactional business matters.
Ray is admitted to the Florida Bar. He is also admitted to The Ohio Bar, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals Seventh District, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth District and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ray earned his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Petit School of Law. He also earned a B.A. and B.S. degree from Ohio Northern University
