Zachary (Zac) Conjeski utilizes his LLM in taxation and previous experience to serve ShuffieldLowman’s clients in the areas of tax law, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, non-profit law, planning for high net worth families, and estate planning.

Zac works with his clients to develop tax strategies to meet both their business and personal needs. His practice focuses on a broad array of matters involving federal, state, and local taxation in both transactional and estate planning contexts. He also has experience with forming new businesses, mergers & acquisitions, and S Corporations and LLCs. In addition to his work with for-profit clients, Zac has counseled established tax-exempt organizations as well as non-profit entities seeking tax-exempt status.

Background

Outside of the office Zac enjoys traveling, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
