
Carleen A. Leffler-Nicastro
Practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and business law, Carleen attributes her success to a combination of care and concern for her clients and a commitment to being an avid listener. Working with families as they plan for their future, getting to know them and their goals, and helping them face the future fully prepared are hallmarks of her law practice.
Carleen is admitted to The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in federal court before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida.
She earned her MBA from Jacksonville University while also attending law school at Florida Coastal School of Law, earning her J.D. degree. Carleen holds a B.S. degree from Webber International University.
Background
Carleen’s roots run very deep in the Sunshine State, especially in Seminole and Volusia Counties. She is a fifth generation Floridian and the first female in a long line of attorneys and judges, with her family even featured in the Sanford District Historical Museum.
Carleen and her husband enjoy spending time with family and friends in their community. They stay very busy with their four dogs, including a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Husky Ridgeback Mix and German Shepherd, ranging in size from 30 to 100 pounds.
