Daniel (Danny) N. May brings extensive experience in the areas of residential and commercial real estate.  In his career, Daniel has facilitated real estate transactions for both a law firm and a title company in Washington D.C., personally conducting more than 1,000 electronic and in-person settlements.  His experience includes preparing purchase and sale agreements for complex commercial and residential closings, working with brokers, lenders, and agents to facilitate closings, negotiating buyer/seller terms, and preparing due diligence materials. 

Danny holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Beloit College and his J.D. from Elon University School of Law where he served as the Business Law Journal President.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and his Florida Bar licensure is pending.

Background

Danny was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida and graduated from Bishop Moore High School.  He went on to play football for Beloit College.  He enjoys running, trail hiking, and being on the beach with his wife.
