John holds an advanced law degree, LL.M. in taxation, and practices in the areas of corporate and tax law. John assists clients with a variety of business matters, including formation and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and 501(c)(3) organizations, and drafting and reviewing various agreements and corporate documents. John also advises on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, data privacy, and an array of tax issues.

John has prior experience working as a financial planner, where he held several FINRA securities licenses and advised clients regarding wealth management, asset protection, and business succession strategies.

John earned his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, John completed a semester-in-practice with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, competed as a member of the Tax Moot Court Team, and worked as a legal research assistant for the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.  John holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

John enjoys a wide variety of sports, including basketball, skiing, and scuba diving. He values spending time with family and friends.
