Julianna Burchett brings experience as a former Prosecutor for the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted cases with grit and determination on behalf of victims of unspeakable crimes. Today, she serves clients with the same tireless commitment to justice and service, helping individuals and businesses overcome obstacles and find resolutions in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, contract disputes, victims’ rights advocacy, and probate, trust, and guardianship litigation.
She holds her J.D. from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she served as the Barry Law Review Note and Comment Editor and was a Florida Bar Foundation Summer Fellow. She received her B.S., in Environmental Sciences, from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she earned an Outstanding Senior distinction award and was a Baker Scholar. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
Julianna is an avid runner. She and her fiancé run together in marathons and enjoy reading and cooking.
