As a litigation attorney, Olivia brings extensive courtroom experience, including over 40 jury trials as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit.  During her time as an assistant state attorney, she prosecuted a wide array of crimes, including for the Special Victims Unit, and was awarded a Champion of Justice award by the County Court Bureau Chief.

She holds her J.D., from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as an Article and Notes Editor of the Business Review and as a Research Assistant in Environmental Law.  She holds a B.S. in Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Central Florida. 

Walker is a member of The Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Young Lawyers Division.

Background

Olivia and her husband enjoy time outside with their golden retriever, Mae, who loves to swim.
