Additionally, her practice includes working with corporate clients in the areas of merger & acquisition transactions and assisting high-net worth clients with tax strategy and in dealing with complex tax matters in the area of corporate audits and penalty abatements.
Waheeda holds her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, her J.D., from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. in Law and Society from American University. She is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and the U.S. Tax Court.
