Jason has a diverse legal background, practicing in corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, basic estate planning and business succession planning. Prior to law school, his experience included work in commercial credit banking, something that serves his clients well in the legal business world. He is an active member of the community, serving as past President of the Habitat for Humanity Lake-Sumter Foundation, as well as a past board member of Habitat for Humanity and Cornerstone Hospice.
He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law. He holds a M.B.A from Stetson University and a B.A. degree from Rollins College.
