As a former law clerk to the Honorable F. Rand Wallis of the Fifth District Court of Appeal, Loren has experience in a wide variety of civil cases from around Central Florida. By analyzing briefs and records, drafting comprehensive legal memoranda, and assisting with the authoring of opinions, Loren has developed in depth knowledge regarding a wide variety of civil litigation areas. Today, in the areas of commercial, civil, and fiduciary litigation, Loren puts this knowledge to work on behalf of his clients. His skills and experience allow him to effectively communicate in realistic and practical terms with all parties involved as he presents strong support for his arguments.
Loren graduated cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of Law Review. During his time in law school, he worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office in Orlando, an intern with the Public Defender’s Office in Tavares, Florida, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Gregory A. Presnell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Orlando. Additionally, he won Best Team in the Puerto Rican Bar Association Moot Court Competition in two consecutive years. Before attending law school, Loren worked as a high school English teacher in Lake County, Florida. He received his B.A. in English, cum laude, from Florida State University.
Loren serves as a volunteer judge with the Lake County Teen Court program and as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. A South Florida native, he now lives in Leesburg, Florida, and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, reading, traveling, and rooting for the Florida State Seminoles.
