Nathaniel Dutt enjoys the challenge of solving complex puzzles, especially when the pieces include tax strategy, real estate holdings, domestic and international business interests, debt financing, tiered structures, and a whole host of other complicating factors.  His ultimate goal, as an experienced tax attorney, is working to decipher and understand every angle of the law and then offer the best possible results for his clients.  His broad range of experience includes partnerships and pass-through entities, tax credits, financial instruments, corporate and business restructurings, private equity and investments, deferred compensation, tax-exempt organizations, and U.S. international tax planning (both inbound and outbound).  He also brings a background in U.S. federal securities and commodities law.

When he is not practicing law, Nathaniel is involved in the Downtown Orlando Rotary Club’s breakfast chapter.  A major initiative of the club is their work with Orange Center Elementary, an Orange County Public School.

Nathaniel holds his B.S. in economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. and M.B.A., both magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a recipient of the Leo S. Goodwin Academic Honors Scholarship and served as the editor-in-chief of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law.  He also holds his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Nathaniel also has a passion for writing and is the author of multiple publications on taxation and finance. Golf, running and sports clubs top Nathaniel’s past times.
