Attorney Megan J. Nowicki Joins ShuffieldLowman
Orlando, FL— ShuffieldLowman recently announced that attorney Megan J. Nowicki has joined the firm’s Orlando office. Her practice includes labor & employment, commercial & civil litigation, fiduciary litigation, construction law, and association law.
Nowicki is a seasoned litigator with experience in labor and employment litigation. While she advises and counsels on matters to preserve workplace harmony, when litigation does arise, she is an accomplished litigator with trial experience in both state and federal courts. Her practice is focused on facilitating aggressive strategies on her client’s behalf by litigating the enforceability of restrictive covenants, seeking maximum recovery for breach of contracts against employees, vendors, third parties, and employers, and defending against alleged violations including, but not limited to, Fair Labor Standards Act, Florida’s Civil Rights Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Nowicki received her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and her B.A. from Berry College. She is a member of both the State Bars of Georgia and Florida, the Orange County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and previously served as secretary for the Walton County Bar Association.
