Attorney Rebekah L. Davis Joins ShuffieldLowman

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – ShuffieldLowman is pleased to announce that Rebekah L. Davis has joined the firm’s Orlando office as an associate, concentrating her practice on probate and trust administration, guardianship advocacy and administration, elder law, and estate planning.
Davis draws on experience gained at a boutique firm focusing on elder law and guardianship matters, where she developed a deep understanding of Florida’s probate courts and the nuanced requirements of each case type. Known for her clear, consistent communication, she guides clients and their families through complex legal processes with confidence and peace of mind.
A passionate advocate off the clock, Davis has long volunteered with the Special Olympics, previously serving on the Organizing Committee for the South Carolina program. She is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and the Central Florida Estate Planning Council.
Davis earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as Associate Justice of External Competitions for the Moot Court Bar. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Winthrop University and was awarded the CALI Excellence Award in Estate Planning in 2024.
