Paige’s primary area of concentration is probate and trust administration, an area in which she has practiced in for over 20 years. She also has expertise in guardianship, corporate, real property and environmental law.
In the area of probate and trusts, Paige works with clients to secure the assets of a family member or other loved one who has died. Cases range from the opening of a simple probate to distribute tangible property to handling complex cases involving tax, corporate, real estate, guardianship, and trust administration issues. Paige combines the strength of her legal expertise with the sensitivity necessary to assist families at a time when they are dealing with loss. “For many people, this is often their first exposure to the legal world, and it comes at a very trying time.” Paige’s goal is to be approachable and accessible to clients as she guides them through the administration process.
