Estate Planning Paralegal

Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm has immediate need in our Orlando office for an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of strong estate planning experience as a full service paralegal. The position offers the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, to learn new skills, and to grow with our firm.

The position requires thorough knowledge of all estate planning documents including Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogates, and Living Wills. The position would be primarily focused on drafting those documents, letters to clients, overseeing the trust funding process, managing trust administrations, and interacting with clients in person as well as via telephone and email. Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Juris and ATO preferred. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects, and be willing to work as part of a team.
