Paul T. Hinckley is an Of Counsel attorney in the Orlando office of ShuffieldLowman, where he is a member of the Association Law, Commercial and Civil Litigation practice groups.
Paul is a client-focused, detail-oriented attorney with extensive experience in real property, community association, and landlord/tenant law. Paul began practicing law in 2008, leading the collection department at a community association law firm. In 2015, Paul decided to spend a few years as a solo practitioner honing and refining his skills in community association and real estate law. Specifically, he helped draft, interpret, preserve, and enforce restrictive covenants and, when necessary, worked with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) on litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
Paul has also authored several articles concerning community association-related legal issues. In his free time, you can find him spending time with family, attending his kids’ youth soccer games, or traveling.
