Heidi is an award-winning elder law attorney assisting clients in the areas of guardianship, probate, trust administration, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and special-needs trusts. Her work also includes protecting the rights of incapacitated elderly people as well as minors and the legally disabled.
In addition, she is a community leader, speaking to local groups and mentoring young lawyers. Her biggest messages are, “Caring, along with ethics and effort, equals success” and “I’m not afraid to fight a good fight to do the right thing.” Heidi is the current President of Share the Care, Inc. and the past President of the Rotary Club of Orlando Foundation.
She is admitted to The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in federal court before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Heidi earned her J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law. She holds a B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois.
