As a seasoned commercial litigation attorney with more than 35 years of experience, Matt Firestone has successfully handled hundreds of disputes during his career, including complex real estate, contract and business-related matters. In his practice, Matt also represents numerous homeowners associations, condominium associations, and commercial property owners associations, including some as large as 3,000+ dwelling units. He has been a presenter, on association-related issues, for property management companies, the Community Associations Institute, and the Orange County Homeowners Association Alliance.
His experience includes representing clients in both state and federal court, including a number of jury trials and appeals. He is certified as a mediator by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and as a circuit court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
Matt is an honors graduate of Duke University School of Law with his J.D. and a high honors graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Accounting.
