Practice Areas: Labor & Employment, Commercial & Civil Litigation, Fiduciary Litigation, Construction Law, Association Law

Megan is a seasoned litigator with experience in labor and employment litigation. She partners closely with business owners, management, and human resource professionals to maintain issue-free work environments. While she advises and counsels on matters to preserve workplace harmony, when litigation does arise, she is an accomplished litigator with trial experience in both state and federal courts. Megan’s practice is focused on facilitating aggressive strategies on her client’s behalf by litigating the enforceability of restrictive covenants, seeking maximum recovery for breach of contracts against employees, vendors, third parties, and employers, and defending against alleged violations including, but not limited to, Fair Labor Standards Act, Florida’s Civil Rights Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Megan is a member of both the State Bars of Georgia and Florida, the Orange County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and previously served as secretary for the Walton County Bar Association.

The draw of being closer to family brought Megan back to the Orlando area in addition to being her birthplace! In her free time, she loves cooking and exploring the city with her daughter, Madeleine, and husband, Matt.
