Julia D. Dennis is a seasoned M&A attorney with deep experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, private capital raises, and securities law matters. Her practice also encompasses intellectual property and technology transactions, commercial contracts, and a wide range of general corporate issues.

Julia represents a diverse client base, including founder-led startups, family-owned businesses, public companies, and private equity-sponsored portfolio companies. She is particularly adept at guiding founder-owned and management-run businesses through their first exit transactions, and regularly advises private equity-backed companies on platform and add-on acquisitions.
