As a seasoned commercial litigation attorney with more than 35 years of experience, Matt Firestone has represented clients in regard to hundreds of disputes during his career, including the successful handling of a vast number of trials, evidentiary hearings and appeals.  The nature of those disputes has included both individual and business-related matters, many of which have involved real estate-related issues. In his practice, Matt also represents numerous homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, and commercial property owners’ associations.  He also has an active practice as a certified mediator.

Matt is admitted to the Florida Bar and is certified as a mediator by the United States, Middle District of Florida, and as a circuit court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.

Matt is an honors graduate of Duke University School of Law with his J.D. and a high honors graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Accounting.
