Julia Dennis specializes in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and intellectual property. Julia represents a wide variety of businesses in a general counsel capacity, from small, closely-held entities to many of the Top Golden 100 Companies in Central Florida. She provides counsel on all corporate matters ranging from corporate formation, compliance, and drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and strategic transactions, to succession planning, exit strategy, and the ultimate sale or transfer of business assets. Julia also regularly provides advice relating to protection of intellectual property, including registration of copyrights and state and federal trademarks, and drafting and negotiation of licensing, production and work for hire agreements.
Julia has specific experience representing emerging and established companies within the manufacturing, technology and simulation sectors, and also counsels a number of nonprofit organizations in their formation, procurement of tax exemption status, governance, compliance, and other corporate matters.
